What I do
I’m a CRM, automation, and workflow architect who helps teams design and implement systems that reduce chaos and create operational clarity. I build the essential workflows, establish governance and documentation, and train internal staff so they can maintain the system confidently after handoff.
I operate as a strategic partner, not day-to-day execution support. My work focuses on sustainable systems and long-term enablement.

I had the pleasure of working with an incredible team of marketers at TRC Healthcare for 4 years (and now as a consultant!). As one of my farewell gifts, when I decided to move on, some of my colleagues sent me short videos that I could use for self-promotion. I compiled them to share, using a common label I often get - wizard (the other one is “unicorn”). I have worked with some incredibly talented people and I am really proud of the relationships I’ve built with colleagues, teammates and clients over the years.
